Syscon specializes in Concrete Precast components and has been in the industry for more than 30 years. The Singapore Government, through HDB, has worked extremely hard since the 1960s to bring Singaporeans affordable high-quality housing and Syscon has been at the forefront of the industry from the very beginning.

The incumbent will perform general duties of a Civil engineer, work closely with relevant departments as well as government agencies in coordinating and managing projects from mobilisation to completion.

• Communicate with suppliers/contractors/consultants/clients during project duration.
• Preparation of tender documents, cost planning, budget estimates, taking off and progress claims.
• Pre- & Post-Contracts administration and control.
• Taking-off quantities for tendering.
• Documents preparation for sourcing quotations.

• Manage workers in manufacturing of precast pieces. Ensuring that schedule and planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material and machinery.

• Design and preparation of shop drawings.
• Prepare design/drafting schedule for approval.
• Prepare and issue production drawings to production team.

• Must possess at least a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering /Quantity Survey/ Building or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
