Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and identify new market opportunities. This role combines brand strategy with business development to ensure sustainable revenue growth and long‑term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
  • Develop and execute brand growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify emerging trends, market gaps, and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Partnership Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to expand brand reach.
Revenue Growth
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
  • Support pricing strategies and promotional plans to maximize market share.
Marketing/Reporting
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to inform decision‑making.
  • Monitor performance metrics monthly and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Effectively manage A&P budgets while tracking ROI to ensure optimal investment performance.
Requirements:
  • Candidates without prior experience but demonstrate a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are welcome.
