Key Account Manager à Singapour

We are a subsidiary of an SGX-listed group, involved in diversified business operations across lifestyle and green energy sectors. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team.

• Handle full sets of accounts including AR/AP, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing reports, financial statements, and quarterly GST submissions.
• Manage inter-company transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit requirements.
• Prepare management reports and assist with stock take and other ad-hoc duties.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Meticulous, analytical, and a strong team player.
• Willing to travel between inter-company locations when required.
