Overview

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handling full set of Accounts
• Performing day-to-day finance operations such as month end closing, year end closing and bank reconciliation
• Prepare regular financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow statement, and any other ad-hoc reports as required
• Ensure timely submission of corporate tax, GST and other statutory filings
• Ensure proper accounting procedures, internal & credit controls are in place
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting deadline
• To work with external auditors
• To analyze, compile and present management information for managerial decision making
• To identify and calculate both financial and non-financial performance measures for reporting on the organization’s performance
• To work with Operations team on their project budget and performance
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s accounting standards, tax law, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast
