Position: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) | Industry/Organization Type: Freight Forwarding | Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru | Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) | Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,000 + Commission + Car Allowance + VB | Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Promote and sell freight forwarding services to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 'O' level or diploma.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Willing to work OT when there are sales.
