Role Description
We’re seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team full‑time on‑site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s voice, generating new business leads, managing content across platforms, and organizing events that build community and visibility.
This position follows a 5‑day work week and includes one weekend day to support marketing activations and events.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand reach and engagement
- Manage and grow our social media channels with creative, on‑brand content
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and campaigns to attract and engage clients
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue
- Create visuals and marketing collaterals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and influencers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
- Support customer engagement and follow‑up communications
- Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
