  • Navigate customer feedback to find necessary solutions.
  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing accounts for high service levels.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and samples.
  • Coordinate with the bakery team on order requirements.
  • Track sales activities and update on pipeline progress.
  • Represent the company at networking and industry events.

We are looking for a Sales Manager & Business Development to join our team.

What we expect from you:
  1. Liaising with the team to prepare seasonal offers and promotions, along with ensuring the necessary material required is well prepared.
  2. Navigating customer feedback and fining a necessary solution.
  3. Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
  4. Maintaining relationship with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfcation.
  5. Support with preparing proposals, quotations, and sample deliveries.
  6. Coordinate with the bakery team on order requirements, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  7. Track sales activities and provide updates on pipeline progress.
  8. Be the representative at networking opportunities, tastings, or industry events (as required).
