The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of Infinite Talent Pte Ltd across the Asia-Pacific region by identifying key partnership and revenue opportunities. This role focuses on cultivating strong relationships with sponsors, collaborators, and stakeholders, while playing an active part in supporting the company’s long‑term growth and strategic goals.

Specific Responsibilities
  1. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the events and talent sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, media partners, and regional collaborators.
  3. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and collaborations to maximize long‑term value.
  4. Design initiatives and proposals that attract participants, sponsors, and audiences.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  6. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal leadership and external partners.
  7. Monitor partnership performance and provide recommendations for improvement or expansion.
  8. Coordinate with operational activities to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and events.
  9. Represent the company at regional networking events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.
