Are you a creative designer who lives and breathes food, brands, and visual storytelling? We are seeking a Senior-level Marketing Design Specialist with strong food and F&B experience to support a fast-growing food services and cooked food business. This role offers hands‑on exposure to well‑loved local food concepts across food courts, hawker centres, cafes, and restaurants.

You will be part of a dynamic marketing team, working on both in-store and digital touchpoints, while shaping how food brands connect with customers every day.

• Conceptualise and execute attention‑grabbing creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines
• Design print and digital assets for in‑store advertising, POS visuals, social media, and online campaigns
• Support new food brand creation, including packaging, menus, uniforms, merchandise, and brand guides
• Manage multiple projects and deliver assets across formats within tight timelines
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and business stakeholders
• Stay attuned to consumer, food, and design trends to keep visuals fresh and relevant

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in commercial graphic design
• Proven experience working with food or F&B brands (agency or in‑house)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both online and offline design work
• Working knowledge of food photography and food styling
• Experience using Generative AI tools to enhance or accelerate design workflows (or willingness to learn)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
• Video editing, photography, or illustration skills are a strong advantage
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
• Highly customer‑focused, meticulous, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment

• Contract Duration: 6 months (maternity cover)
• Conversion Opportunity: Yes, subject to performance and business needs
• Salary: Up to $5,000/month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Location: West (walking distance from MRT)
