Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Conduct competitor analysis for all stores in shopping malls.
Manage leasing updates, lease renewals, and landlord relationships.
Conduct site surveys (weekdays and occasional Saturdays) and prepare reports.
Coordinate ordering, delivery, and setup of equipment for new stores.
Work with internal teams to optimise warehouse inventory and reduce costs.
Liaise with technicians, vendors, and contractors for renovations and repairs.
Prepare reports and assist management with business strategies.
Handle other ad-hoc duties to support business growth.
Comfortable visiting shopping malls regularly.
Able to work one weekend occasionally.
Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
