Overview

Our client is a Global MNC dealing in the distribution of power tools & equipment for the home improvement, repair, maintenance, construction and infrastructure industries. Their operations in UBI area is currently looking for a KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST.

Salary: up to $4,500 + $1,000 (car allowance) + $500 (petrol claims) + $300 (handphone + brand allowance) + quarterly commissions

Work Days: 5 Days (9.00am to 6.00pm)

Work Location: Ubi (near Tai Seng MRT)

Work Terms: Permanent with attractive benefits

Primary role
  • Identify and secure new business
  • Promote and demonstrate company\'s range of products
Responsibilities
  • Demonstration of new products & drive in-field conversions to increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to the management.
  • Organize and attend trade days and exhibitions.
  • Complete and take part in product trainings.
  • Identify & develop business relationships with all customers.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities & up-to-date database of all customers.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering fields
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in product / sales in engineering fields
  • At least a Class 3 driving license, preferably with own vehicle
  • Hands on experience with power/hand tools an advantage
  • Self-organized, motivated, with strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read technical diagrams.
  • IT Literate
