Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager, APAC to join an established international solutions provider with a strong regional presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Asia Pacific & Middle East region.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and execute structured sales plans, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets. In addition, the candidate should be confident in engaging clients at various levels, be comfortable working across cultures, and demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities with a strategic and hands‑on mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow sales activities across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Develop and execute sales action plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
  • Drive new business development while managing and growing an existing customer portfolio.
  • Build and manage a regional network of partners and agents.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, framework agreements and customer contracts.
  • Develop strong long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes.
  • Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related fields.
  • At least 3‑5 years of regional B2B sales experience, preferably in services or solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self‑driven, commercially astute and comfortable working across cultures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data visualisation tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as part of the role.
