  • Lead regional product management to drive business goals, including sales, profitability, and long‑term growth.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market demands and regional objectives.

Process & Operational Excellence
  • Develop and maintain structured processes to ensure strategic and professional execution of product activities.

Market Research & Marketing Execution
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to guide product positioning and marketing strategies.

  • Lead regional sales and marketing campaigns, including collaborations with media partners, to maximize ROI.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training
  • Collaborate with industry experts, including color specialists and solution providers, to deliver training and workshops that enhance product adoption and sales.

Inventory & Financial Management
  • Oversee purchase, sales, and inventory (PSI) to optimize stock levels and product availability.

  • Plan and execute advertising and promotion budgets efficiently to maximize market impact.

Marketing & Channel Development
  • Develop strategies to grow product sales by working with regional sales subsidiaries and reviewing channel performance regularly.

  • Partner with local teams to implement and monitor channel development initiatives effectively.
