Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 3-month contract role focused on maintaining training records, assisting with external training programs, and supporting HR projects. Ideal candidates should have a minimum A’level or Diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for those looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
- Administrative experience necessary.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain training records and track effectiveness.
- Assist in coordination of external training programs.
- Communicate training schedules to stakeholders.
- Process training invoices accurately.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
Skills
Education
3-month contract | $11/hour
Location: Novena
- Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Maintain training records and track effectiveness and compliance (e.g. BCLS/ACLS)
- Assist in coordination and registration of external training programs
- Communicate training schedules promptly to stakeholders
- Process and track training invoices accurately
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Minimum A’level or Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized, with administrative experience
- Good communication skills and able to work independently and in a team
