COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Founded in 1976, Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) is a leading charity that provides home healthcare services in Singapore, regardless of our patients' ability to pay. Dedicated to all-round support for our patients, HNF delivers comprehensive care programmes to look after patients' emotional well‑being and healthcare needs. Our HNF Wellness Day Care & Rehabilitation Centres offer an array of social activities, social support and holistic healthcare services to help our elderly stay independent in their own community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning & Development (Training Administration)
  • Adding training programmes into the HRIS.
  • Registering staff for courses with training providers.
  • Recording and tracking training hours.
  • Processing and verifying training‑related invoices.
Event Management Support
  • Provide logistic and administrative support for internal HR and staff engagement events (e.g. setting up venues, arranging catering, preparing materials, etc.).
Onboarding Support
  • Coordinating with IT Helpdesk for system setup and access.
  • Preparing staff passes and onboarding materials.
  • Supporting administrative follow‑ups to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.

Staff Movement Announcement

Employee Wellness
  • Support the administration of HealthPerks Points allocation for staff.
  • Coordinate and assist in organising wellness programmes, including health talks, exercise sessions and other well‑being activities to promote a healthy and engaged workforce.
  • Order wreaths, get‑well baskets, newborn baby gift hampers to staff when needed.
Work Pass Administration
  • Assist with work pass applications and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
