Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to enhance employee experiences through performance management and policy development. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, a degree in a related field, and strong local legal knowledge. This role offers a competitive salary range of S$6,000 – S$7,000 and requires proactive communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Job description

You will play a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience by managing the performance and rewards frameworks and leading the development of HR policies. This position is ideal for a proactive, collaborative individual who is passionate about fostering a fair, motivating, and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Oversee the end-to-end performance review process, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters and ensure the process is fair, consistent, and effective.
  • Compensation & Rewards: Support the execution of the organization’s rewards strategy and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Policy Development: Create, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and comply with relevant legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of proven HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
