A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to enhance employee experiences through performance management and policy development. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, a degree in a related field, and strong local legal knowledge. This role offers a competitive salary range of S$6,000 – S$7,000 and requires proactive communication and analytical skills.
You will play a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience by managing the performance and rewards frameworks and leading the development of HR policies.
