Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate for an HR administrative role, primarily responsible for managing medical invoices and preparing salary increment reports. Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and maintain records of medical invoices provided by secretaries
  • Consolidate salary increment requests
  • Prepare and submit monthly salary increment reports for approval
  • Review, process, and monitor medical invoices
  • Send approved salary increment to payroll team for processing
  • Assist with medical insurance enrolment, updates, and terminations
  • Draft and issue Letters of Guarantee for employee’s hospital admissions or specialist visits
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned
