Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant for a 6-month contract to support the HR team with daily operations, recruitment coordination, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Certificate in HR or Business Administration and be proficient in MS Office. Experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred. This role offers a salary range of $3000 to $3500 per month and operates Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of HR/administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in daily operations and recruitment coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Perform general administrative tasks supporting ad-hoc HR projects.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Confidentiality handling

Education

Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
