Job summary

A growing HR firm in Singapore is seeking an HR assistant to assist in recruitment, support employee relations, and manage HR documentation. Responsibilities include posting vacancies, conducting interviews, and maintaining employee records. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma, strong communication skills, and knowledge of recruitment practices. This position offers standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays included.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent recruitment skills and strong communication abilities are necessary.
  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting vacancies and conducting interviews.
  • Support employee relations and conflict resolution needs.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with recruitment: posting vacancies, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Supporting employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication between HR and various teams.
  • Preparing HR documents like contracts, policies, and handbooks.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Assisting with onboarding, including introducing new hires to company processes.
  • Handling HR administrative tasks: data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Managing confidential employee and company information.
  • Updating vendor details, pricing, and system setups.
  • Assisting with company-wide process implementation and payroll tracking.
  • Facilitating communication with external partners and vendors.
  • Supporting HR‑related events like orientations, training, and company meetings.
Working hours
  • Mon - Fri : 8.30am to 5.45pm
  • Alt Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): recruitment, Communication Skill.
