Senior Assistant Manager, Scholarships and Sponsorships
Reporting to the Resourcing Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead, the Senior Assistant Manager, Scholarships and Sponsorships will be instrumental in shaping and executing the cluster-level strategy for managing healthcare scholarships and pre‑service sponsorship programmes at NUHS. This role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, aimed at attracting, engaging, and developing a future‑ready healthcare workforce.
You will work closely with the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH), internal stakeholders across NUHS institutions, and external partners such as schools and educational institutions to ensure a seamless and impactful talent pipeline.
