A local wealth management firm in Singapore is looking for a highly experienced Human Resource & Administration Manager. In this standalone role, you will manage all HR functions and ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, payroll processing, recruitment, and overseeing office administration. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, at least 5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to communicate in Chinese. This position requires a high level of integrity and strong organizational skills.
We are seeking a highly experienced and committed Human Resource & Administration Manager to manage the full spectrum of HR functions and oversee smooth office operations. This is a standalone role suited for someone who is hands-on, organised, and able to work independently with strong self-discipline.
Degree in HR Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a standalone role.
Strong ability in manual payroll calculation, including CPF, proration, and statutory requirements.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate in Chinese is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts and handle Chinese-language documents.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and self-discipline.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Positive attitude, committed, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
