Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical Leads to identify manpower requirements (both specialist and non-specialist roles) and develop proactive resourcing strategies to meet medical workforce needs.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the Medical team, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to support staff nesting, deployment, and professional registration processes for medical personnel.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and services for the Medical team, ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery.
- Provide professional guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, employment legislation, and manpower planning matters.
- Supervise, coach, and support junior team members to ensure the effective, efficient, and professional delivery of HR programmes and services.
- Review and contribute to the development of HR policies and practices to ensure regulatory compliance, relevance, and alignment with evolving healthcare and workforce requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the implementation of strategic HR projects and initiatives.
- Undertake additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or its related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering with proven record in talent acquisition.
