You will be responsible for managing your own projects to ensure the business objectives are achieved. This includes venue sourcing, proposal pitching, contract negotiation, pre-event planning, budget management, risk assessments, mobile app development, onsite execution, and post-event reporting. You will also collaborate with our global team to deliver larger projects.

• 10+ years of experience managing small to large-scale global events in-person, hybrid, or online.
• Prior experience working within the financial services industry.
• Experience leading event projects in Asia.
• Experience advising senior management (Board and CEO level) on strategic event marketing initiatives.
