About the Role

We are an established international school in Singapore seeking an experienced and results‑driven Senior Marketing Manager (Southeast Asia Market) to lead our marketing and student recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate will bring strong regional networks in the education industry – particularly in Southeast Asia and Western markets, a strategic mindset, and a proven record of driving student enrolment through creative marketing campaigns and international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
  • Develop and execute the school’s annual marketing and student recruitment strategy aligned with enrolment targets and brand objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, performance tracking, and marketing analytics to ensure effective allocation of resources and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the performance and development of marketing and recruitment team, including the digital marketing and admissions support teams, setting clear KPIs and ensuring alignment with school enrolment goals.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all reports required by SSG and other relevant authorities.
2. Student Recruitment & Admissions Growth
  • Drive student enrolment growth through targeted recruitment strategies across Singapore and international markets.
  • Develop, manage, and expand relationships with education agents, consultants, feeder schools, and overseas partners — with emphasis on Southeast Asia and Western markets.
  • Represent the school at education fairs, roadshows, and information sessions, both locally and internationally.
  • Create and implement conversion strategies (e.g., inquiry follow‑up, scholarship promotion, student journey optimization) to improve conversion rates from leads to enrolments.
3. Marketing & Communications
  • Strengthen and maintain a consistent school brand identity across all digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials — brochures, videos, press releases, newsletters, and website content — to promote the school’s programs and student success stories.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Academic, Admissions, Operations) to ensure cohesive messaging and smooth campaign execution.
4. Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and enrolment data analysis to inform recruitment strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Evaluate campaign results and prepare performance reports for management review and strategic planning.
    5. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build partnerships with corporations, community groups, and embassies to enhance the school’s visibility and create recruitment pipelines.
    • Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to the Director and Board on marketing performance, insights, and improvement plans.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and student recruitment within a Singapore‑based education institution (private or international school preferred).
    • Proven experience managing agent networks and international recruitment channels, especially in Southeast Asia and Western markets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with hands‑on experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
