As we continue to grow, we’re looking for Growth Marketing Managers with a focus on the South-east Asia region. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Wise, you will:

• Drive growth initiatives and country level marketing strategies, ensuring significant market penetration and user acquisition.
• Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize reach and impact.
• Lead product launches in the region, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with paid channels to identify new channels to test and scale successful tactics, optimizing for cost-effective customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with local partners, including travel agencies, platforms, and expat groups, to explore innovative avenues for transaction volume growth.
• Work closely with the Organic Social and Influencer marketing teams to drive a strong online presence, and increase our brand presence in the market.
• Work closely with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.

Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit for the role if:

Experience: You have at least 5 years of growth/performance/product marketing experience with a focus towards growth/performance/campaigns marketingfor multiple locations within the South-East Asiaregions, ideallyhaving backgrounds in fintech or related tech/financial services industries and organic marketing channel expertise

Localization Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of local nuances across markets and are skilled in tailoring strategies to fit diverse cultural contexts.

Team Collaboration: You are a proactive team player with excellent project planning skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives.

Data-Driven: Your approach is rooted in analytics; you leverage data to inform decisions and drive growth.

Creativity: You bring creative flair to your strategies, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and achieve objectives.

Communication: You are an effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently with teams and stakeholders.

Nice to haves:

Strong Proficiency in a second language besides English

Familiarity with both global and specific localized marketing channels in the South-East Asia region

Experience with Paid Marketing strategies/ campaigns/ channels experience

Working experience in fintech/ financial services/ tech/ app-based product companies
