Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand that is redefining the lifestyle experience across Asia. With a strong presence in multiple markets, the company is now seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing initiatives in Singapore, a key growth market for the business.

This is a highly visible and strategic role that requires a balance of creativity, commercial acumen, and executional excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping how the brand connects with local audiences, driving awareness, engagement, and business growth through impactful campaigns and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Singapore, ensuring alignment with global brand direction while tailoring initiatives to local market insights.
  • Lead brand localization efforts, including communication tone, campaign concepts, and visual identity, to strengthen brand resonance and differentiation.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, including product launches, seasonal activations, and promotional initiatives across offline and digital channels.
  • Drive performance marketing activities to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., with delivery platforms, financial institutions, and co-brands) to expand reach and maximize impact.
  • Define key performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and deliver actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and consistent customer experiences.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in brand building, campaign management, and performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data and insights into effective marketing actions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment, ideally within F&B, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
