Job summary

A leading trading firm in Singapore is seeking an Execution Broker to join its Rates Sales desk. This is a unique opportunity designed for candidates with no prior rates experience, allowing you to learn directly on the desk while developing into a key member of the team. You will assist in daily trading operations, engage with clients, and contribute to developing client strategies while adhering to industry regulations. This role emphasizes growth, learning, and customer relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in one of: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • Finance or Startup internship experience preferred.
  • Ability to study for and complete exams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Asia lead on all day-to-day activities.
  • Support the team in outside trading functions.
  • Daily execution of client trades.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the FCA and other regulators.
