As we continue to expand our marketing function, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who play a key role in supporting our growing marketing and communication initiatives, working closely with internal teams and marketing agencies.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital platforms. This role involves managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and guiding a small marketing team and agencies to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with external marketing agencies to manage and curate content across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Baidu.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective campaign delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and digital campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
