WFH Arrangement

• Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
• Work closely with Department Managers to understand and fulfil staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and related matters.
• Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legal requirements and company practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process.
• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and MOM regulations
• Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Highly detail-oriented, organised, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
