Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including manpower requisitions, job advertisements, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment timelines.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with fair employment practices, equal opportunity guidelines, and internal policies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as recruitment agencies, online job portals, the company website, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate and support interview sessions with hiring managers to assess both role suitability and cultural alignment, while guiding interviewers on fair hiring practices.
- Ensure recruitment assessment forms are completed by all interview panel members.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, tracking sheets, and candidate databases.
- Conduct reference checks with previous employers upon receipt of signed consent from candidates.
- Arrange pre-employment medical examinations for selected candidates.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Prepare and administer employment documentation, including salary proposals, offer letters, and appointment letters.
- Ensure all required onboarding documents are collected and uploaded into the HRIS e-Pfile system.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as IT, Administration, and Payroll to ensure onboarding readiness.
- Review and verify new hire data entered into HRIS by HR Shared Services to ensure accuracy for record‑keeping and payroll processing.
- Escalate key issues and recommend follow‑up actions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Administer employee confirmation processes for new hires.
Requirements
- Degree in HR.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
