An established recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to manage month-end closing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus. Join the team and support continuous improvement of internal controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite system would be advantageous.
Responsabilités
- Manage month-end closing and financial reporting to Management and Japan HQ.
- Prepare and review journal entries and financial analysis.
- Maintain accounting records, schedules, prepayments, acruals.
Connaissances
- Manage month-end closing and financial reporting to Management and Japan HQ.
- Prepare and review journal entries, financial analysis, consolidation, and financial reporting packages for subsidiary companies.
- Maintain accounting records, schedules, prepayments, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare royalty/sales reports for licensors and ensure reports are up to date with the latest changes in tax and charges.
- Review accounting treatment for new products and procedures.
- Compute S45 withholding tax and monthly exchange rates.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, IRAS, and external parties.
- Support continuous improvement of internal controls and workflows.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite system would be advantageous.
