• Prepare and generate quotations, delivery orders, and invoices accurately.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
• Process sales orders and follow up on outstanding payments with clients.
• Coordinate, monitor, and provide troubleshooting support for clients’ orders and account status.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
