Legacy of Prawn Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the HR operations of our growing company.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling bank statements
- Prepare and file statutory reports and tax returns in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits
- Provide HR support, such as coordinating employee onboarding, managing leave and attendance records, and addressing employee inquiries
- Maintain and update the company's financial and HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Support the finance and HR teams in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts or HR role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g., Xero)
- Proficient in HR administration, including payroll processing and employee data management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
