Responsibilities include managing Front Office and Housekeeping, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training staff. Candidates should have 3-5 years of hospitality experience, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with hotel management software is a plus. - 3-5 years of hospitality experience in hotel, co-living, Airbnb, or similar.
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends.
- Independent and able to train team members on service standards.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office & Housekeeping.
- Manage daily arrivals, departures, and room readiness.
- Review hotel reports and ensure accuracy of guest payments.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
