Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Quantity Surveyor cum drafter in Singapore. The role involves managing subcontract works, preparing project submissions, and attending site meetings. Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required. Competitive salary range of $2k to $3k with performance bonuses is offered.

- Training Provided.
Responsibilities
- Reports to Project Director.
- Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil).
- Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts.
- Manage Subcontract issues from time to time.
- Attend site meetings for site progress coordination.

Education
Salary range: $2k to $3k + Performance Bonus
Working hours: 5.5 days per week
Location: Mandai Estate
