Job summary

A human resources advisory company is seeking candidates for a role focused on client relationship management and market research based in Ubi, Singapore. Applicants should have a diploma or degree in engineering or business disciplines and be proficient in MS Office. This role involves developing strategies for market penetration, managing contracts, and achieving sales targets. The basic salary ranges from $2,500 to $2,800 plus commission, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

  • Preferably with relevant technical background.
  • PC Literate & Proficiency is MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relations with clients, especially decision makers.
  • Conduct market research for proposing new accessories for automated entrance.
  • Develop strategies for 3rd party equipment market penetration.
  • Manage and negotiate all contracts secured.
  • Risk manage all contract terms and conditions.
  • Achieve sales targets allocated.

Job description
  • Basic Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 + Comm
  • Mon –Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain good relations and close contact with clients, especially decision makers and stay informed of any plans for additional entrance or enhancement to existing entrances
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to propose new accessories for automated entrance – Such may includes local norms/regulations studies
  • 3rd party entrance market penetration: Develop and adopt strategies for all 3rd party equipment with the aim of converting the equipment to the company type
  • Manage and negotiate all contracts secured and ensure terms are neutral and not unfavourable
  • Risk manages all contract terms and conditions
  • Achieving Sales targets (figures) allocated.
