Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Maintenance Planner to oversee maintenance activities and manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in a current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining equipment reliability for optimal operations.

Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities to prepare jobs as well as update and maintain the work order system daily.
  • Manage Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure all Work Orders are correct with details that include Priorities, Work Order Type, Equipment, Status, Work performed, Labour Hours, Materials and Follow-up to closure.
  • Manage the parts inventory system. Maintain accurate inventory records, manage periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Maximize inventory control, ensure critical spares are available and equipment retain full reliability while stored.
  • Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of technical information on processes, plant and equipment.
  • Obtains, organizes, and maintains all information required for the work being performed. (i.e. drawings, vendor manuals, special procedures, diagrams, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Maintenance)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as Maintenance Planner role, proficient in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferably Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
  • Experiences in current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment
  • Ability to prepare GMP related document.
  • Knowledge in Equipment Qualification based on GMP requirement
