Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a 5-month contract. The role involves managing customer inquiries, assisting in proposals, preparing invoices, and maintaining operational efficiency. Candidates should hold a diploma and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. The position offers a basic salary of up to $3,600, with company transport allowance available for candidates with their own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inquiries and note caller's particulars for follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing proposals from Sales and Marketing information.
  • Prepare invoices and monthly reports for billing.
  • Maintain filing system and software for waste information.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
  • Manage customer care, feedback, and complaints.
  • Update customer database for existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with departments to meet customer requirements.

Customer Service Executive (5 months contract)
  • Location: Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport
  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • Basic: Up to $3600
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder and above
  • At least 2 years relevant experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • To receive all inquiries, take note of the caller’s particulars such as name, position, Company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
  • To assist in preparing proposals based on verbal or written information provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
  • To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
  • To maintain and upkeep the filing system and software on all aspects of waste information.
  • To assist Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operational in the team.
  • To assist Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints), collate market intelligence and marketing communications.
  • To update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
  • To coordinate with the various departments, i.e. logistic and operations dept to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
