What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office & Housekeeping
  • Manage daily arrivals, departures, and room readiness
  • Review hotel reports and ensure accuracy of guest payments
  • Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
  • Maintain cost control without affecting guest experience
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Train and support team members on SOPs and service standards
  • Assist in guest activities and respond to online reviews
  • Provide operational updates to Hotel Operations Manager
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of hospitality experience (hotel, co-living, Airbnb, or similar)
  • Independent, adaptable, and confident
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work shifts and weekends
  • Experience with CloudBeds or Opera is a plus
  • OTA management (Booking.com, Agoda) is an advantage
