Job summary
A healthcare recruitment firm is seeking an Executive for the Nursing Admin Department. This role involves providing daily administrative and operational support, assisting with planning nursing events, and liaising with vendors. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Administration and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide daily administration & operational support to Nursing Admin Department.
- Assist with planning & organizing nursing events for the department.
- Manage liaison with vendors and help Nurse Managers when requested.
Skills
Education
Daily administration & operational support to Nursing Admin Department in areas such as purchases, training, billing.
Works and duties assigned by the Chief Nurse and Assistant Director of Nursing.
Support at ward level in areas such as purchases, liaison with vendors, management of Patient Service Assistant team and assist Nurse Managers where requested.
Planning & Organisation of Nursing events for the department
Matter s related to PDPA.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Min. General Diploma/ Degree in Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Possess min. 3-5 years prior working experience in similar functions, preferably from a local healthcare institution
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player and able to work independently as well
