We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone – no matter what role – contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

What role will you play?

Reporting directly to the Asia lead, you will be an integral member of a close-knit regional team spanning Hong Kong and Singapore, working collaboratively to deliver on shared goals. You’ll have exposure across the full life cycle of investments covering Asia markets, primarily working on asset management of portfolio companies, including quarterly reporting, half-yearly asset performance review, refinancings and liquidity evaluation. You will actively contribute to the sourcing, evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, perform financial analysis and develop models that inform investment decisions. Additionally, you will engage with portfolio company management and external advisors to help drive and deliver strategic asset priorities.

Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will help manage key asset management activities such as follow-on investments, refinancings and divestments. You will also assist in screening, assessing and negotiating transactions, conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, and preparing investment papers for committee approval, supporting both investment and asset management decisions in line with our fund strategies.

What you offer
  • 3+ years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment management and/or advisory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean an advantage
  • Strong technical and numerical skills, particularly in financial modelling and dynamic modelling
  • Proactive, resilient and driven with a commercial mindset and strong desire to learn and grow
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible approach and eagerness to contribute to key regional initiatives.
