Responsibilities:

  • Assist with slab and material handling, including slab viewings, markings, documentation, and coordination with warehouse staff.
  • Provide assistance to the sales team by taking slab photos, measurements, and updating customers on material availability and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate site installations, deliveries, and manpower, and act as the contact point for on-site issues or rectifications.
  • Oversee tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained, safe, and repaired or replaced when needed.
  • Assist with daily delivery planning, routing, and checking delivery documents for accuracy.
  • Support operational improvements, SOP updates, and quality checks on materials and workpieces.
  • Work closely with sales, warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as job scheduling, filing work orders, and updating operational reports.
