Showroom Executive (Sales & Admin)

Overview

You will run our showroom experience — assisting walk-ins, recommending slabs, and providing a premium customer journey from first enquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Showroom Sales & Experience – Attend to walk-ins, present slabs confidently, guide clients through sizes/species/finishes.
2. Handle WhatsApp Enquiries – Reply promptly, professionally, and assign leads when necessary.
3. Arrange Deliveries – Coordinate schedules, liaise with logistics, and ensure smooth after-sales follow-through.

Working hours (5 or 6 days)

11am – 5pm
