In this role, you will support the Clinical Discipline Lead(s) in developing and implementing clinical care models and service plans for the new hospital. Your key responsibilities include researching innovative care delivery models that enhance quality, value and integration whilst leveraging digital technologies; collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to align development plans with hospital objectives; translating clinical service plans into design, infrastructure and equipment requirements; reviewing manpower needs based on care models; and supporting the nesting strategy to establish clinical teams prior to hospital opening.
This role also involves assisting with planning, project management and evaluation of discipline-specific initiatives, whilst providing comprehensive secretariat support for meetings, including coordination, documentation and follow-up actions to ensure planned services are operationally ready to deliver safe, effective and value-driven care at hospital opening.
