A prominent healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an individual to assist the surgical department in strategic planning and project implementation. The role involves collaboration with medical professionals and organizing events such as conferences and workshops. Candidates should possess a degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, along with strong communication skills. This position is vital for enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

- Plan and support strategic planning and budgeting exercises.
- Ensure smooth implementation of Division projects.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings and coordinate events.
- Collaborate to organize conferences and workshops.

Formação académica
You will assist the supervisor in achieving the vision and strategic goals of the Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology (DSSO) in key clinical, education and research initiatives. You will plan and support strategic planning/budgeting exercises, retreats, management reports and assist in ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of Division projects that delivers the best patient care. You will provide secretariat support for meetings and coordinate events organised by the division. You will collaborate with medical professionals, administrators, and external partners to conceptualize and organize relevant events within the surgical department, including conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
- Plan and support strategic planning, budgeting exercises, retreats, and management reports to assist in achieving DSSO goals.
- Ensure smooth planning and implementation of Division projects that deliver the best patient care.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings and coordinate events organized by the division.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, administrators, and external partners to conceptualize and organize events within the surgical department, including conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
