Position Overview

The HR Executive is responsible for managing key human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes while supporting a positive organizational culture and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with managers. Prepare job descriptions and post job vacancies on various platforms. Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters. Plan and execute new-hire onboarding and orientation programs.

2. HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR databases (Whyzehr). Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. Handle employee documentation: appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, exit documents, etc. Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

3. Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries. Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally. Promote employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication activities.

4. Performance Management

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and assist managers in goal-setting and evaluation. Track employee performance and communicate improvement plans where required.

5. Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies. Support audits and compliance checks.

6. Training & Development

Identify training needs in consultation with department heads. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Maintain training records and feedback reports.
