Our Client, a property management company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Leasing Executive (Lease Listing).

• Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.
• Proactively generate leads & manage the entire sales cycle from leads to negotiation to closing deals.
• Identify market segments and prospects and liaise with property agents.
• Implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties.
• Deliver sales presentations & conduct viewings with potential clients.
• Accountable for rental and occupancy rate for the assigned lease portfolios.
• Responsible for securing new tenancies, renewal of existing lease, negotiating and follow-up on terms of lease with tenants.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration.
• Keep up to date on the latest trend for the retail sector.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.
• Work closely with other departments to support marketing event.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to generate referrals and repeat business.

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail leasing and/or marketing.
• Network of contracts in the F&B and retail industry.
