Revenue & Inventory Accounting

• Ensure timely and accurate revenue, direct cost, and inventory recognition in compliance with accounting policies.
• Perform month-end closing, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions between physical stock, systems, and the general ledger.
• Support new product launches, including systems setup and UAT.
• Prepare accounting papers, documentation, and respond to business and offshore team queries.

Fixed Assets & Capex

• Record and manage fixed asset transactions (additions, disposals, impairments, CIP).
• Ensure capitalization aligns with SFRS(I) and company policies.
• Conduct periodic asset verification and prepare fixed asset and Capex reporting.
• Follow up with stakeholders to resolve outstanding items.

Audit, Reporting & Improvements

• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting support and maintain operational controls.
• Participate in finance projects and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent with 2 years+ experience in audit or accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS accounting and its application.
• Candidates with product and telecommunications revenue accounting working experience, particularly on IFRS 15 on revenue recognition will be an added advantaged
• Proficient in ERP software (such as SAP), Excel, SQL, RPA skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with confidence and maturity to work effectively with different levels in the organization.
