Job summary

A luxury watch service center in Singapore seeks a customer service representative to assist clients with their watch issues. The role requires a minimum GCE 'O' Level education and at least one year of experience in luxury watch sales or direct customer service. Strong communication skills in English and/or Mandarin are essential. You will welcome customers, provide assessments, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Provide preliminary assessment of watch issues (not repair, but able to explain in simple terms)
  • Liaise between customers and watchmakers, ensuring smooth handover of repair cases
  • Maintain a professional service environment and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers on repair progress, collection, and after-sales service
