Job Scope

• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors, and handle phone enquiries from parents and students.
• Coordinate class schedules, manage enrolments, and provide administrative support for programmes.
• Keep student information up to date and maintain proper record‑keeping in the system.
• Manage fee collection, prepare receipts, and support basic financial procedures.
• Work closely with teachers and assist in daily centre operations to ensure a positive and efficient learning environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with parents and teachers.
• Open to applicants from retail, hospitality, and F&B backgrounds—training will be provided.

Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend
